During our stay in Cucugnan, we had the pleasure of exploring the charming village and visiting the nearby Queribus Castle. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with a large bathroom. We were amazed by the picturesque countryside and the windmill at the top of the village, which made for a stunning photograph. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Chateau de Queribus and Peyrepertuse.
We do recommend this hotel.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any questions or concerns. The rooms were spotless and the bathrooms were spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The picturesque charm of the town made it a great location for exploring nearby attractions like the Chateau de Queribus and Peyrepertuse. the hotel's close proximity to these sites was a major advantage.
The room we stayed in was quite small, and the numerous stairs in the hotel were a bit of a hassle. Parking was also a bit of a challenge, as we had to park quite far away from the hotel.

Title: Perfect Family Getaway in Cucugnan!
My children wanted more variety in the kid's menu.

We had a very disappointing and unsatisfactory stay at Auberge De Cucugnan. The water was cut off in the village at 9pm all night, but the owners did not inform us about the problem. We had no water in our room to flush the toilet, wash, or even have a drink, and there was no provision made for us. We couldn't even get a complimentary bottle of water. On top of that, there was no internet or wifi as advertised. We should have been informed about these issues before making the reservation. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the lack of basic amenities and indifferent service.

The Auberge in Cucugnan was a delightful place to stay, perfect for senior people like me. The decoration throughout the hotel exuded a warm and rustic charm, reminiscent of a bygone era. The general areas were cozy and inviting, creating a sense of comfort and relaxation. Furthermore, the hotel's accessibility was commendable, with easy navigation for senior guests like myself.
The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better is a more attentive staff. The children working there seemed somewhat disinterested and lacked the warmth and hospitality that I have come to expect during my travels.

The room was absolutely amazing! It had everything I needed, from a comfy bed to a private bathroom with a soothing shower. The free Wi-Fi access was a cherry on top for me as a low-budget traveler.
I personally wasn't a fan of the deep soaking bathtub. Others might enjoy it, but it wasn't really my cup of tea.

The bathroom was well-appointed and spacious, although lacked a shower cap. Liquid soap was difficult to extract. The hotel's location in a charming hilltop village with excellent dining options was unbeatable. The modern, clean and comfortable bedrooms, along with the friendly owners and attentive service, made for a great stay. The breakfast had a good variety, though presentation could be improved.

This place is like a time capsule! I felt like I was transported back to medieval times. The food was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond.
Who needs modern conveniences like consistent TV reception and a sink that doesn't leak? It adds character, right?
